I have also experienced this...with the Aldon plug in, it is common to get two prompts to log in, one for the Aldon plug in and one for RDi. Since I have the save password checked for Aldon it is rare I get this anymore; usually happens when my password changes. I also note both log in prompts are slightly different so I know which one is which.

I suspect that they have 3rd party vendor software that requires it's own logon.
And the perspective that they're using kept that view open, requiring the second logon.
