OK, just did - the exclude for the selection is grayed out - makes sense.

Personally, I'd rather the developers spend time on other things - because
the XX option is there and easily used.

excludeSelection is like a combination of search and exclude. For
instance, if you select the RPG operation code MULT, and do action
excludeSelection, then all of the lines containing MULT are excluded.
It's sort of the opposite of filterSelection.

I don't think there's a simple editor action to exclude a set of lines.
