Make sure you start RDi as the administrator on your PC before you install
iSphere. Sometimes you can get away with not doing it, but I've seen
occasional errors when RDi is not running as Admin.
Note: Its not enough that your ID is the admin on your PC. You have to
start the actual app as admin. Right-click on the icon to start RDi, and
click 'Run as administrator'.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] #19 Failed Install to RDi 9.5
Sent by: "WDSCI-L" <wdsci-l-bounces-Zwy7GipZuJhWk0Htik3J/w@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Hi,
Can somebody jump in and help us to solve the following problem? I do not
yet have RDi 9.5 (in the office) and (even worse) I have no idea what might
be wrong:
https://sourceforge.net/p/isphere/tickets/19/
Unable to install in RDi 9.5. Install of iSphere 2.6.2 fails with the
following error:
An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=IBM Software Delivery Platform
com.ibm.sdp.eclipse.ide,
phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=,
action=).
