I agree, but I don't know if they can get around that. If they can, great. If not, I'd still want to minimize the date changed impact.

Hi Kurt,

I would vote for it but I think it's still updating too many dates.
Even if formatting changes are done, why would you want the date to show a change was made?
A change date to me should indicate that code was actually changed and not just formatted differently.
