This feature was added in 9.1.1, and then stopped working in 9.1.1.1, and once again it's working. I agree it took some getting used to, but I personally like it this way vs having it split to column 1 every time.

The shortcut key: Alt+S, split-line seems to work differently...

It keeps the split line in the same column! Sort of cool, if you have to keep your code between the legacy punch-card Goal-Post of columns 8-80... <Evil Smirk>

I LIKE IT! Just will take me a little while to adapt!
