I think TODO's created by comments should be removed by removing the
comment. I don't think you should be able to mark them as done even
though the comment still exists.
I like the idea of the built-in Tasks, except for one fatal flaw.
When I add one, it shows up with the task icon on the left of the
source line and a blue marker next to the scroll bar on the right.
That's great. If you close and re-open the source, you get nothing.
That's not so great.
