Do you mean the "IBM i: Debug Batch Application" launch configuration? (Found somewhere on the "Run" menu in the RSE perspective)
In there you can control the JOBQ and JOBD parameters of the SBMJOB command used to initiate the job, and also provide a different source lookup path for your source.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Debug As Batch
I'd like to change the job queue used when I use the Debug As Batch function.
I found 'SBMJOB additional parameters' in the preferences (Window > Preferences > Remote Systems > IBM i > Command Execution > SBMJOB additional parameters) where I specified 'JOBQ(myjobq)'. This worked for compiles, but didn't affect the 'Debug As Batch' jobs.
Is there any other preference that could affect that?
Thanks.
