PMRs (as far as I can tell) are customer-specific. That is, you can't
see what PMRs I submitted until it gets moved along the workflow and
becomes an APAR. I think.
In order to see the APARs, I subscribe to a feed off the Support Portal.

Once I subscribed, I access the page form a link in the email so I don't
honestly know the precise point I originally subscribed from :-/
