That port 4300 would be an outbound port from your IBM i. Much like port 80 for your browsing. No telling what port it will connect to on the local side, but the requester (your host) is calling out to 4300. The packet on the way out will tell the firewall which port it expects a reply on, and the firewall will be smart enough to allow the replies to come through.
