Even with the link you supplied all I get is;

Error 500: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/codec/binary/Hex

Hi Terry,

I think you will find that now it redirects to https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/ so maybe you have redirects turned off in your browser? So give the https:// version a try directly.
