I opened an old program, written in RPG III but converted to RPG IV 11
years ago, in RDi 9.1.1.1 that has old-school I spec renames of fields, for
example:

Ippr031s
I p4srvl p3srvl
I p4noplan p4nopl
I p4pcode p4pcod
I p4lrank p4rank
I p4ioqty p4ioqt

It looks like the live outline doesn't know what to do with these, since
(for example) p4srvl is not showing as renamed in the record format and
does show up in the fields list, and p3srvl does not show up in the fields
list and shows as undefined in the C specs when I hover over it.

I tried switching to the static outline and found it doesn't handle the
renames correctly, either, so I'm assuming this is an old limitation. I
suppose I could fire up WDSCi 7.0 to check, but I don't have the time at
the moment.

So my question is, is this a defect that I should open a PMR for, or would
fixing this be an enhancement?

Thanks!
Dave Shaw
