The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I have the same problem too. The source is stored on IBMi. When I was using WDSC, this was not an issue. Somewhere in making the change from WDSC to Rational, the automatic trimming feature was changed or disabled.
I am glad others have noticed this too. Someone at IBM told me that I could manually enter the TRIM command. But that has to be done for each member you open now. Having to manually enter a command that performs a much needed function, that, before, was automatic, is not a solution in my mind. If an RFE is open, please let me know and I will endorse it wholeheartedly!!
