Thomas,
I would also like the update site, but if it can auto-update then it has to be clear whether the ISPHERE library on the server has to be updated as well before it does. (Only I have the authority/knowledge for updating the library here, so auto-updating the client without updating the library could spell disaster.)
Thanks for the features and fixes, though. Always good to see software being looked after.
-Paul.

Peter,
Today there is no update site for the iSphere plug-in. But I found a tutorial that explains how to set up an update site at SourceForge. I will try to follow the tutorial and create an update site for the next version.
Regards,
Thomas.

Thomas,
Is there any way to have the plugin update directly from the internet, so that we don't need to download the zip file every time?

Hi Folks,
I am sorry, but I need to encourage you to update your iSphere plug-in to 2.5.2. I had to follow Murphy's law and fix the following bugs:
* Fixed bug that substitution variables where not properly
retrieved by the new IQMHRTVM API (Java code).
* Fixed ClassCastException in AbstractViewManager when closing views
that are not an instance of IPinnableView.
* Fixed NullPointerException in the iSphere Message File Editor,
when using the DEL key to delete message descriptions.
Beside that I added the "Transfer Library" option to the iSphere menu and improved the FTP error logging.
* Added menu option "Transfer iSphere Library".
Default values are: Library ISPHERE and FTP port number 21.
The defaults can be changed on the "iSphere/Library" preference page.
* Improved error logging of FTP transfer.
(2.5.1 was an internal test release and it appears as if it crashed SourceForge, yesterday ;-))
A lot of the new features have been realized because of your feedback.
Feedback is important for us. If you think something is bad, please let us know about it. If you think something is good, we love to hear that, too.
If you have any ideas for new features, please don`t hesitate to send us a feature request.

Regards,
Thomas.
