If I recall correctly, *LIBL style table resolution only works for some JDBC drivers, and not others. Try the AS/400 Toolbox for Java driver, with the "Default schema" General Property set to *LIBL and the "naming=system" optional property set. You might also want/need to set the "libraries" property, to contain a comma delimited list of libraries for the library list as well, with the first library value not present (ex: libraries=,MY_LIB_1,MY_LIB_2).

I believe I was having an issue where "naming=system" was not working to provide *LIBL style table resolution with the "IBM Data Server Driver JDBC and SQLJ Default" driver.

Hey Guys! I have been using Data Studio 4.1 and think it is a great product. I have a question I hope you guys can answer.

First, I create a Data Explorer Project and then create SQL and XQuery Script. When I enter a select statement I have to qualify the table with the schema. I know there should be a way put a default schema so I do not have to do SCHEMA.TABLE.COLUMN. I think I am just too close to the forest to see the trees.

Thanks in advance.
