Not that I'm the authority, but I don't recall this capability. A brief
review of documentation doesn't show *ALL as an option for User ID. Maybe
a knowledgeable IBMer will chime in with an authoritative response.

Hi,

I am pretty sure that service entry points with user ID set to *ALL
worked for me somewhen in the past. But now it does not work any longer.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
