Matras,
To only compile specific source (selected) and not the rest of the changed sources, set window > preferences > iProjects > Build and Compile > Member compiles to "Push selected resources if there are any changes".
To compile required dependencies, I don't know how this can be done as well. I would think this would be tricky so manually pushing the required dependencies should be done.

please I have this problem while I compile in RDi:
* I have my iProject with lot of sources
* this project is connected to library without any sources (we are moved sources to SVN, on AS400 left only DDS and SQL and after work finished, we deleting sources from AS400)
* but when I compile one source on which I am working, RDi push all sources to AS400, even if only one source is compiled
* I would like if to AS400 are pushed only necessary dependencies like COPY members for example
* please is there any solution for that
