I thought I would open IBM Installation Manager to see if a patch has

it just sits at "Check repository

get a message saying that no updates are available. It seems stuck.

Anyone experienced this and have a fix? If I enter a bad password for
the secure storage it tells me. It may have the wrong password stored
for my IBM account. Would it tell me if those stored credentials were
wrong?

I just tried it with IM 1.7.2. It did some searching for about 2
minutes and then told me there's a new version of IM. No surprise
there. So I let IM update itself. Now, at 1.7.3, I tried 'Update'
again. It did some searching and after a couple of minutes came up to
the page where I could choose which package group to update. I chose
SDP 9.1 and it found 2 Java updates, which I Let it install.

Can you uninstall IBM Installation Manager without breaking RDi? I'd
hate to have to uninstall and re-install EVERYTHING just to fix
Installation Manager.

I've gone to the IM web page and installed the (at the time) latest
version of IM before starting to install RDi, but I can't say I've ever
uninstalled IM. I assume that you'd have to manually configure the
various repositories...
