It sounds like you purchased through eConfig/AAS/Hardware channel. This is
more convenient for hardware BP to work with, but it has the downside that
it does not automatically prompt you for SWMA renewal. You can purchase in
3 yr amounts to make this hassle less frequent.
You would have to pay a reinstatement fee, which unfortunately is not
cheap.
It is possible for you business partner to get a reduced special bid, this
one time, to reduce the reinstatement charge. Tell your BP to talk to
Martin Stenkilde mstenki@xxxxxxxxxx
Who is your BP anyways?

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Advice on renewing maintenance?
Sent by: "WDSCI-L" <wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
We bought our RDP licenses when we got our POWER7, and apparently have
never been billed for the maintenance. Now we're wanting to get 9.1, but
we have to get our maintenance current first. Our BP has been on it for
two weeks but hasn't been able to find anything.
Anyone have any advice?
