Hi,
I have never copied my filters through "export"... as far as I know it just doesn't work (but connections are fine). I also use filter pools.
I did give some advice a while back on how to copy filters across with manual hacking of node.properties files in your workspaces:

Maybe you'll find that useful?

I did try export/import. The connection was successfully imported, but no filters came across. All my filter are in filter pools. Does use of filter pools require a different export/import procedure? I had renamed my profile in the old workspace. The new workspace has a profile name, apparently named after my Windows computer name.
