And Vern - thanks for the sharing the idea of not using reserved words as
variable names. I guess somehow over the years I forgot about that
'standard'. When I came to my current employer years ago they were already
using a constant named 'Select' for building sql statments. And their other
'standard' was to prefix any other constants with 'SQL', but when I think
about it now, and the number of programs I've run through debug (especially
with SEP) and seeing the actual sql variables prefixed with SQL, your
comment makes perfect sense. Since the person who wrote those standards is
no longer here I will make a note of this and introduce this as a new
standard for our shop.
