I just copy/pasted that code into a SQLRPGLE program. I believe he parser doesn't like the "And" variables. The parser gave 2 yellow exclamation points, each on the line that has the "And." You can also see that the And is colored by the parser.

Tommy - excellent WAG. I'll check into that but we have code with Select as a variable like that in literately a few hunderd programs and I never saw that happen in V9.0.1 or earlier versions. But it certainly is something to consider.
