RDi 9.0.1 - I somehow managed to lose or hide my outline view ?

Clicking: Window - Show View - Other - General - Outline has no apparent effect.

This happened, I think, during one of several Minimize/Maximize operations I
was doing to manage screen size . . . Now Lpex Edit Window show an orange
box at the top right, and an orange dash beneath a /COPY which informs me
to Refresh the Outline view (typical for this source mbr) but no can do because
Outline View is AWOL !?
