We are not using iProjects at all.

Why would RDi be trying to push tabs that I didn't request to be opened? Especially as they have no changes to push!

I have no good ideas; I'm working backwards from the observed behaviour.
If it's not iProjects, then maybe there's a 'dirty' flag (set
incorrectly!) in the cache that's forcing the push. But creating a new
workspace should rule that out because the caches are part of the workspace.

I think you are at a point where you need to call service.

Do you know of any extra logging in RDi I can switch on that will allow me to see what source members are being written to/changed? Similar to a journal on the source files, but on the PC side.

I don't, but I'll poke around. Most of the published logging switches
are for Eclipse, and Eclipse doesn't know much about source members.
There might be an obscure setting in RDi Preferences but I'm more likely
to find what I'm looking for in an .xmi file...

This would be a Severity 1 error for me. An editor that updates the
wrong source is even worse than an editor that fails to update the
proper source.
