Barry,
I have tested this on my box and I can`t reproduce the error. Can you
reproduce the problem? Does it occur intermittent or always? Which version
of RDi do you run?

I got the same error. I looked at the output queue on the IBM i and the
file was deleted. I updated the plug-in in RDi and it didn't show the
spoolfile. Will we get the error message on the first attempt to delete the
file? I understand the message after the file is deleted.
