Buck,

Thanks, that does the "OUTSIDE" window of RDi 9, but not the active border of the ACTIVE VIEW inside of RDI 9. Which is what I was actually looking to update. The old Eclipse 3.6 allowed me to change that.

I guess RDi 9, now uses the CSS, so if I want to customize for my preferences, I have to change that...

An Old-timer has changed their windows to High Constrast#2, which is basically black background with GREEN Letter. They also removed all the "FANCY" colors in LPEX editor. Only 3-colors. Comments=White, Default=Green, and STRINGS=RED. But, that changes their outlook and Web-Browser too! That is too much... <Yuck!>

I understand changing the OS Environment, and changes the colors. Oh well, "Class" inside of RDi 9, give me light blue out-line, which is better than no Active "VIEW" coloring at all... <smirk>

Oh well, nothing that Rational Does, but rather how Eclipse is not set up. They remove that customization.

Buck, what Theme are you using?
Window>Preference>General>Theme... I have "Classic"...

Classic.

Right click on empty desktop, Personalize, Windows color (Classic) Click on the border on the Active Window window.
Choose Color 1 and size.
