Error Message trying to excute a command from RSE

I tried do run a CALL QCMD command from the command field of RSE Command
Log view. I always got the message EVFC5001:I "No interactive job
associated with this connection. Associate an interactive job with this
connection to continue."
Could you let me know what I'm doing wrong or missing to execute a command?
Instead of that I'm receiving the EVFC5001 Error msg, I follow the
instructions but nothing happen.
