iSphere merge source save error -- WDSCI-L

If I try to merge source changes using the iSphere plug-in, I get an error
when attempting to save the changes:

Save Failed
com/ibm/etools/iseries/rse/ui/resources/QSYSEditableRemoteSourceFileMember.upload(Lorg/eclipse/core/runtime/IProgressMonitor;)V

Do I have something configured wrong or has anyone else seen this error?
