Short answer - yes.

WINDOW>PREFERENCES
- Type ILE RPG in the filter box
- Look for the ILE RPG item under IBM i PARSERS
- Select the ILE RPG item in the left pane
- Look for AUTOMATIC CLOSURE OF CONTROL BLOCK and uncheck.
