Here is where you can find it in Rdi 9.0.1.0:
Window / Preferences / Remote Systems / Remote Systems LPEX Editor / IBM i Parsers / ILE RPG
There's a checkbox marked "Automatic closure of control block"

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Is there an option to suppress automatic endif/enddo
I am using an older version of Rational Software Dev Platform (6.0), but this question applies to more recent versions also.
In RPG, when I enter an "if" or "do" statement and press Enter, the editor automatically inserts a closing endif or enddo.
Is there a setting to suppress the automatic insertion of the ending statement.
Thanks
Craig Pelkie
