I'm seeing the same thing on RDi 9.0.0.1

Note, the reference to the file format shows if you turn off the live
outline view...

And yes, I am looking at the "Global Definitions" at the TOP under
"Files"...

That the Good part, is that the individual fields ARE shown in the
OUTLINE
view! That part does work!
