Outline cant't find include files after upgrading to 9.0.1

Hi everybody,

I have just upgraded my RDI to 9.0.1 and suddenly my outline view stopped displaying information on variables and suprocedures declared in our include files.
RDI does display a yellow triangle with the message (for example) "/COPY file QHSRC,INSTIT00H not available. Refresh the Outline view after ensuring the remote file is available.", but when I right click on the line and select "/COPY Member", "Browse" it does find the member and the member itself is syntactically correct .

Any ideas what's the problem and how to solve it ? It worked fine before the upgrade, I haven't changed any settings after the upgrade to 9.0.1.
