RDi 9.0.0.1 Cannot do a Watch-Break-Point -- WDSCI-L

ON RDI 9, I cannot add a watch-break-point...

Normally, I right-click on Variable, and click on "Add Watch Breakpoint..."

This no longer works, I use that one a LOT!!!

Is there something I am missing. Is anyone else have this problem?
