Larenzo,

In Installation Manager, use the 'Modify' button to select components which
you want to remove.

Thanks,
Eric

|[WDSCI-L] How to Uninstall Modernization Tools, Java Edition? |

I'm using RDi v9.0.0.1 and the "Modernization Tools, Java Edition" Trial
has expired so I receive the error message "Error: License cannot be
found". Click Manage Licenses to apply a license or uninstall the feature.
But once I click Manage Licenses and highlight "Modernization Tools, Java
Edition" and then click uninstall, I get a message " Must exit workbench to
uninstall". I then click ok and receive another message:

Java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM
\Installation
Manger\eclipse\IBMIM.exe":CreateProcess error=740, The requested operation
Requires elevation.

Next I tried installation manager, clicked Uninstall Packages but I don't
see where I can just uninstall the "Modernization Tools, Java Edition" and
I don't want to uninstall the complete IBM Rational Developer for i.

If someone can help point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
