Unlike an event with a known location, for which one might infer a
likely timezone, the reader of the above invitation is left to *assume*
Toronto time, if even that is correct; i.e. somehow either guessing or
knowing, that is the\your physical location, and then looking up the
corresponding timezone if not already known.
Bad enough that USA time format persists, but no time zone nor UTC
offset for a *Webinar* verges on being unhelpful and problematic. I
suggest that in the future, the UTC offset and\or timezone be included
on such announcements.
