I have an SQLRPGLE program. In RDP 8.5 I get an outline. In RPD 9
tonight I get no outline and the whole source has the squiggly yellow
underline on all lines.
Last night no squigglys, but the outline was missing all the subroutines.
I've just ended RDP 8.5 and opened up RDP 9 and no squigglys and a
complete outline. I think that was because I had the member open when I
closed RDP 9.
So I closed the member in RDP 9, and opened it again. It downloaded,
and I'm back to squigglys and no outline.
Closed RDP 9 with the member open. Restarted RDP 9 and no squigglys and
a complete outline. However, when I go look at a file in the outline
there is no data available. (RDP 8.5 has the file data.)
I closed all members, and in Preferences/Remote Systems/File Cache I
cleared Cached Files. In IBM i/cache I Cleared Cache.
Opened the member again. See "Live parsing ..." going on at the bottom
right. Outline comes up. Look at a file--still has no details, but it
says "Press Refresh to update view." Press refresh, more "Live parsing
...", now the squigglys are back. Outline is still there, but the file
info is still missing.
I'm on a Cisco VPN, Win 7 64 bit, 16 gb of memory. I have "Update the
Outline view when text is changed in the editor" checked.
Any thoughts?
Sam
