The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
I used to be able to get help from the web - I had installed Data Studio
last week.
I checked our proxy settings - all fine - even though the error log said
- !MESSAGE System property http.proxyHost is not set but should be
proxy.ecolab.com.
That didn't make sense. So I went to the Help section of preferences -
for some reason, both online addresses - one for RDi, the other for Data
Studio - were disabled.
Maybe the DS installed did this - I know that I didn't.
So this is an FYI, just in case.
