I just tried this in v7.6 on an older laptop - it works - IF I have another member open already. Mine is set in Keys as a user setting, and it has a condition of being in LPEX/seu - I'll try removing the condition - OK, could not remove it.

I think it works better in v9.1 but can't confirm at the moment.

In the Keys section of Preferences, when you filter, does it show 2 actions? The other is probably "Open plugin artifact, as Michael said". And the condition is probably "In Windows" - you may be able to get this by clicking on the "Restore" button.

By Key file, I meant >Windows>Preferences>General>Keys
a.k.a. map out key preferences.

Filter by "open a Member" shows Cntrl+Shift+A
