Since 8.5 the outline view is dynamic in that it shows source changes up to
the last keystroke.
In 9.0 we added in memory caching to keep memory from growing, but this
meant that changes to external files were not reflected during the edit
session.
An APAR was opened and this is updated in 9.0.0.1 to reflect file changes
during the edit session as well.

Update to 9 - 8.5 had it, but I think there were some problems, 9 seems
quite good so far in this area.
