I am on 7.5, but I suspect it is the same for all versions:

Take a look at the "_N_ext" button. The N should be underlined. That, generally, means that Alt-n is the keyboard equivalent. Alt-a will, for instance, give you all finds.

Mnemonic is the word that comes to mind for this feature, generally found on all platforms.
