Not really...
It is the result of a wizard that you point at a PCML/rpgle, right-click,
export as a web service, and it autogenerates the java application ad the
EAR file for distribution.

Thing is, they don't have a java team. They do have a loud Biztalk team.
This rules out any real development in WAS, and if the "built-in" click
procedures fail they will switch over to Biztalk.
