The help in RDi for CL commands pulls it from your connection. So, the
help needs to be defined for the actual host command for it to appear in
RDi.

As of the latest PTFs available last week, RUNSQL did not have help set
up by IBM for it. I think ( memory bad ) Carsten created it at one
point, but I don't have a way to look it up right now.
