Jeff,
I think so, we changed that default on our CRTBNDRPG command
and I think it is at least worth a try.

Reading the CHGCMDFT doesn't look like this is possible because doesn't have default value, but does anyone know can I change the OPTION parm on CRTCBLPGM to always be *SRCDBG in PDM? In RDP the default is *SRCDBG, but when other users who use PDM compile, the OPTION parm is blank, which means I can't debug their programs in RDP, until I recompile them with *SRCDBG.

Actually, the default value for CRTPF is picked up from the i, so CHGCMDDFT would produce the desired result within RDi. It's just it also changes the default for option 14 in PDM and for CRTPF anywhere else it's executed on the box. My company's made this change, so I'm sure of it.
