I think you will need to use Work with compile commands to create a new compile command that explicitly includes the *NOMAX bit. There is no way to delete/hide/modify the built-in commands...

I want to CRTPF with *NOMAX record as default instead of 10,000 records.
I can prompt for it but isn't there a way to change the default? "Work with compile commands" seems like the right choice, but it works just once, like the prompt choice.
This must be possible but I can't find instructions, and the intuitive answer isn't. At least, not for me.
