I'm curious about opting to use Local Help. I figured it would be for those without a regular internet connection. Is there some other benefit? I chose remote because I figured it'd be as up-to-date as soon as updates were available.

I'm glad my boss doesn't read this list.
I wanted local help because our corporate firewall is very restrictive.
Even port 80 has restrictions: no Facebook, MySpace, etc. The less I
have to go to the web for, the fewer headaches I have.

I can guess that it'd be nice to have local help if you take your laptop
offline, like on a train or plane.
