This prompt is a feature of Eclipse that creates a secure 'vault' to store any
passwords you wish to may wish to remember.
Once you create the master password, it should not ask you to create the master
password again.
The 'vault' is encrypted using windows credential information. The information is
stored in .eclipse/org.eclipse.equinox.security within your home directory.
