apparently not. I tried to reproduce the bug where that toolbar disappears
completely, but we must have gotten a version with that fixed but still
some lingering display issues.

I might try running with no toolbar for a while.

Eclipse 4 had a bug in toolbar handling. It's hard to say whether our
version has the fix or not.

If you like more screen real estate (like me) you can use Window -> Hide
Toolbar and the whole thing goes away. You may be able to tinker the
CSS but I haven't tried that on RDi 9 yet.
