Joe Pluta did an excellent article on the whole PPA vs ESS fulfilment
channel thing.

You would have to talk to your company to see which channel they purchased
the product with.

Last night I successfully downloaded and installed RDi V9 following the
instruction on Eric's Blog

But when it comes to licensing I'm unclear as to the steps I need to
follow.

I'm not sure what the difference is between ESS and Passport and which
group I'm in.

The company I have a contract with bought my license for RDP 8.0. So
can
I get the new license for RDi V9 one my own or is this something the
company has to do?
