RDi is based on Eclipse. Eclipse has a notion of projects, which
correspond to a PC directory. An i Project is just one kind of Eclipse
project that associates files and folders in that project to a library on
an IBM i over an RSE connection.

If you create a file (member) in an i Project then getting a member to
it's corresponding IBM i library is just a push operation, assuming you
created the project with the correct library.

If you create a file in some other kind of Eclipse project then the
easiest way to get the content into a member is to create the member in
the RSE and copy/paste the contents from the original file into that
member.
