The issue has been identified...it is how the system is configured when I reboot. The workspace isn't being saved, so when I start RDP after a reboot, it recreates it. I am working with someone here to identify if this requires a change on our end to save where the workspace is now being defaulted to, or if I end up saving the workspace elsewhere.

I have always installed RDP in the default location of "Programs Files"...
And I haven't had this problem on Window 7.
Normally, the workspace is loaded in a path like this:
C:\Users\MYPROFILE\IBM\rationalsdp\workspace
Where MYPROFILE would be your User-Profile on Windows-7
All your setting and configurations should be written to the "WORKSPACE" path. And you should have FULL AUTHORITY to that...
Which is why I request to always prompt your Workspace path, so you can verify you are using the same path every time...

Where did you install RDp? I seem to recall a recommendation not to install it under "Program Files" in Win7. Something to do with the built-in protection to that folder.
