That looks similar to what I am receiving.

Just so you know, turning of automatic updating of outline view prevents
the errors for me.

Window->Preferences->Remote Systems->Remote Systems LPEX Editor->IBM i
Parsers->ILE RPG

Finally, uncheck "Update the Outline view when text is changed in the
editor" (near bottom).  You will have to manually refresh outline view
again, but it beats the message popping up constantly.
